I work with people who sense that their healing isn't just cognitive — that it lives in the body, in image, in something larger than the therapy hour itself. If you're drawn to Internal Family Systems, somatic work, or you already have a spiritual or contemplative practice you want your therapy to honor rather than sideline, we might be a good fit.

I use somatic IFS — Internal Family Systems work that includes the body, not just the narrative. Parts show up as felt sensations, images, postures, impulses — and we work with them there, not only in words. I also draw on Hakomi's mindfulness-based approach and Tamalpa's Life/Art Process, which uses movement and creativity as a way into material that talk alone doesn't reach.
